Responsibilities: + Process disability payments for individuals on sick leave to ensure timely support. + Handle email and fax correspondence with doctors and employers to facilitate leave paperwork. + Proactively contact doctors and employers to confirm when individuals can return to work. + Respond to calls from employees to initiate paperwork for their leave of absence. + Occasionally make calls to doctors to clarify or retrieve information.
