Customer Care Representative

We are hiring a Customer Care Representative on behalf of a leading environmental services company committed to sustainability and customer excellence. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others, solving problems, and contributing to a greener future.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. (average 60 calls a day)
+ Provide timely and accurate information regarding services, billing, and scheduling.
+ Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy, escalating complex cases as needed.
+ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets customer expectations.
+ Educate customers on available services and promote solutions that meet their needs.
+ Support retention efforts by building strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
+ 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or service-oriented environment.
+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).
+ Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
