As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our customers by processing orders, tracking product availability, and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner. This position requires strong communication skills and frequent interaction with both customers and internal teams, including inventory and warehouse personnel, to ensure a smooth and efficient order fulfillment process. If you're a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering excellent service, we want to hear from you!Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesProcess customer orders and verify accounts accurately and promptly
Track product availability and ensure on-time order fulfillment
Coordinate daily scheduling and inventory needs with the warehouse team
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships in a professional manner
Communicate effectively with inventory, operations, and warehouse personnel
Respond to and resolve customer issues as the first point of contact
Generate customer-specific reports (e.g., weekly/monthly billing, late order reports)
Partner with Operations to handle special requests or urgent needs
Maintain and file documentation in an organized and thorough manner
Additional Duties and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Inventory and Operations teams to research inventory discrepancies or product misplacements
Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)High School diploma or GED (required depending on facility)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. (may vary by facility)
