Customer Care Representative – Intercompany

As a Customer Care Representative – Intercompany, you will deliver high-quality service to internal customers (intercompany partners), supporting order management, proactive communication, and issue resolution across international operations. Your primary goal will be to process orders and inquiries promptly and accurately, resolve issues in line with company policies, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will serve as the main point of contact, fostering positive relationships and collaborating with various departments to ensure consistency and efficiency. Your role will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and operational performance. **In this role, you will** **Ensure Customer Satisfaction:** + Act as a trusted and reliable point of contact. + Deliver exceptional service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism. + Build and maintain strong partnerships with intercompany customers across global branches (e.g., Europe, USA, China, Japan, India). **Communicate Proactively:** + Maintain clear and timely communication with intercompany customers regarding orders status, delivery timelines, and throughout the lifecycle of each issue to support transparency and accountability. **Resolve Problems:** + Handle discrepancies in orders and shipments. + Act as the first point of contact for registering complaints and issues reported by intercompany customers. + Ensure that all cases are logged accurately and forwarded to the appropriate internal departments (e.g., Quality, Logistics, Technical Support) for resolution. + Monitor the progress of open cases, follow up on pending actions, and ensure that customers receive timely and correct updates + Be opened to take over admin responsibilities, collaborate with different other teams to meet the business needs. **Maintain Documentation & Data Accuracy:** + Ensure all customer data, order details, and communication records are accurately maintained in CRM (Sales Force) and ERP systems (SAP). + Regularly update and verify information to support operational integrity. + Your attention to detail will help prevent errors and enable efficient reporting and analysis. **Monitor Quality:** · Ensure service quality aligns with company standards. **Collaborate Cross-Functionally:** Work closely with Sales, Operations, Technical Support, Production, and Logistics teams. **Collect Feedback:** Actively gather feedback from intercompany partners to understand their experience and identify opportunities for improvement. **YOU HAVE:** + A university degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Communicationor a related field. + Minimum 2-3 years of experience in industrial customer service or support. + Excellent English proficiency (B2/C1 level). + Experience with SAP; Salesforce knowledge is a plus. + A friendly and approachable personality with a positive attitude. + Strong communication and problem-solving skills. + Proactivity and independence in action. + Openness to change and willingness to learn. + Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality. + Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills. + Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively in a multicultural setting. + Experience working in an international environment is a plus. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. + Full availability (no other permanent commitments). **WE HAVE:** + A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day + nVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions.
