THE JOB:

THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Call Reception: Enthusiastically answer incoming calls, directing guests smoothly to the right departments while ensuring they feel appreciated and valued.
Guest Support: Actively engage with guests to address their inquiries and fulfill service requests, crafting exceptional experiences that leave a lasting impression.
Issue Resolution: Promptly log and manage telecommunications concerns, coordinating repairs efficiently to maintain uninterrupted service and addressing guest complaints with a focus on satisfaction.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
At least 18 years old
1+ years of prior relevant experience
Previous call center experience preferred

Pay Rate
The rate for this role is:
$17.64Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
