The Customer Care Advisor (CSA) – Trademark Maintenance is part of the overall Customer Care organization. The CSA is responsible for delivering customer service and support to clients using Clarivate’s Trademark Maintenance services.

Deliver professional, high-quality support to a portfolio of trademark renewals clients, ensuring timely and accurate service.Collaborate with internal teams across departments to meet customer expectations and maintain agreed service levels.Ensure compliance with internal procedures, taking prompt action when risks or issues arise.Build deep knowledge of Clarivate’s IP services and tools to provide expert-level assistance and guidance.Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer profiles and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency.Ensure that customer profiles are kept up to date in order to provide the relevant areas of the business with current information.Support team members with workload balancing and occasionally manage small projects for existing clients.About the Team

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.
This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week. Working from the office will be required during the training period (5 days a week for a period of 6 months)
