As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your role will involve addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients. As part of this team, our office is based in South Normanton, Derbyshire.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
Provide accurate information regarding products and services
Resolve customer complaints with effective problem-solving techniques
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction
Stay updated on company policies, products, and industry trends
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role is prefered
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
Proficient in using computer systems and software

Minimum skills required:
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent

Proficient keyboard skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills with intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work accurately and pay attention to detail.
Proven ability to work independently and take initiative

Proficient in PC usage and building customer loyalty
