Join our exceptional team today and help shape the future of energy! **Position Specific Description** Under general supervision: -Conducts detailed review and analysis of billing exceptions and completes billing adjustments -Conducts analysis to understand billing implications and calculates re-billings in order to ensure billing accuracy and appropriate revenue posting -Acquires and analyzes data from multiple systems to complete timely and accurate billing investigations -Collaborates with field groups to initiate investigations to resolve billing issues and performs entry-level analysis to interpret data from the field in order to resolve and update records and re-bill the customer's account -Coordinates with other departments to resolve complex billing and critical account maintenance issues -Facilitates rapid resolution of billing exceptions -Follows-up with external customers to gather information and resolve exceptions -Maintains integrity of systems to support timely and accurate billing -Ensures problems are investigated and corrected before incorrect bills are issued -Updates customer accounts to prevent further billing exceptions and ensure customer satisfaction. -Performs other job-related duties as assigned **Job Overview** Employees in this role conduct detailed investigations of customer accounts in order to complete complex billing exceptions.
