What You’ll Do:Answer warranty and technical support calls for Carrier and Payne productsProvide product usage and application guidance within manufacturer limitationsSupport both internal teams and external partners (dealers, contractors, customers)Respond to warranty policy questions and verify shipping invoices and credit memosRecord discrepancies and assist with credit memo processing as neededSupport and help implement customer and internal training classes
What We’re Looking For:Basic understanding of the HVAC/R industry, products, or systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong customer service mindsetWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent softwareTeam-oriented and willing to learn on the job
Work Experience
Qualifications & Skills:Knowledge of HVAC/R industry, products, and solutions requiredExceptional communication skills, with a strong focus on customer relationsGeneral computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office or equivalent applicationsSelf-motivated and able to work with minimal supervisionExcellent telephone etiquette and communication techniquesEven-tempered personality, capable of effectively assisting customers with technical issues
