Description We are looking for a bilingual Customer Associate who is fluent in both Spanish and English to join our team in West Newton, Massachusetts. In this role, you will focus on delivering top-notch customer service while managing various client interactions and administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone who is meticulous, organized, and passionate about providing exceptional support. Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently. • Provide outstanding customer service by maintaining a thoughtful and friendly demeanor in all interactions. • Utilize your bilingual skills to communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients. • Manage and organize client information accurately, ensuring all records are up-to-date. • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. • Create and maintain reports using Microsoft Word and Excel to track client interactions and outcomes. • Identify and escalate complex issues to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction. • Contribute to the development of processes that enhance the overall customer experience. • Stay informed about company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to clients. Requirements • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages. • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a detail-oriented environment. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel. • Experience in resolving customer concerns and ensuring client satisfaction. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. • Problem-solving skills to address and resolve client issues efficiently.
