Description
Do you enjoy connecting with people and delivering top-notch service? Robert Half is seeking an organized and customer-focused Customer Assistant to work with a dynamic team in San Diego, CA. In this role, you will support client relationships, ensure prompt assistance, and help deliver successful outcomes for customers. After six months of working fully on-site, this position transitions to a hybrid schedule, allowing for increased flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide exceptional support to customers through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally
+ Help customers navigate company products or services, answer questions, and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction (Source: thousands of job postings and Robert Half placements).
+ Maintain and update customer records in CRM databases, ensuring accuracy and security.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to assist with service delivery, initiate solutions for customer needs, and optimize workflows.
+ Process orders, returns, or transactions while following company policies and standards
+ Support client-focused initiatives and contribute insights to improve customer service strategies.
Requirements
+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
+ Professional communication abilities, both verbal and written, with a customer-first approach.
+ Familiarity with CRM software and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Experience in customer service, administrative support, or retail is a plus.
+ Organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
+ On-site for the first six months: Receive dedicated training and work closely with the team to learn workflows and provide seamless customer support.
+ Hybrid after six months: Enjoy the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site as per company policies.
