**Customer Assessment Project Manager**
Do you want to put your background in database development, analysis, and reporting to good use improving the lives of others? As the Customer Assessment Project Manager, you will develop and maintain company-wide surveys and manage survey databases.
+ Develop and maintain survey databases; build survey databases as new surveys are created
+ Assist in the preparation, analysis, and distribution of survey results
+ Create documentation for all new survey databases
+ Generate standard survey reports utilizing Access, Word, and Excel; develop automated reporting functions where possible
+ Create specialized reports using Excel, SPSS, and Access
+ Streamline survey reporting processes using technology and programming
+ Provide administrative oversight to the Survey Assistants; distribute and monitor the flow of work for an assigned group of employees; provide training and technical assistance to employees within the assigned work area
+ Build and develop web-based surveys using various tools
+ Perform quality checks on web-based surveys to ensure that all posted surveys operate as planned; troubleshoot any problems with web-based surveys
+ Track survey activity using the Survey Tracker Database; provide weekly updates to the Director of Customer Assessment
+ Provide program-specific instructions to the Operations staff on completing the label database
**_Qualifications:_**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
+ Three to five years of experience in database management or related area
+ Experience developing databases
+ Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
+ Excellent communication and analytical skills
