The Customer Solutions Architect acts as a trusted advisor partnering with the customers on their needs. Understands and captures the critical inputs of stakeholders and translates them into effective requirements and solutions. Specifies and designs effective end-to-end solutions incl. customer-specific adaptations by using the Nokia portfolio of products, systems and / or services as well as 3rd party products where required. Applies solution architecture standards, processes, and principles to create and maintain a solution's (technical) integrity over time.
Customer Solution Architect will be the technical leader and guide towards various internal domain, as well as be the SPOC and Technical Lead front all the technical queries from customer for specific project.
You have:
At least 12 years of experience as Architect and Engineer in Telecommunication Deep understanding of 4G, 5G Packet Core and Voice network architecture and design including solid understanding of 3gpp specifications, Call flows, Use cases and integrations Practical hands-on experience designing and deploying 4G and 5G networks, at least two 4G networks and one 5G network with end-2-end architecture, lead architect responsibility Solid understanding of IP protocols including BGP/eBGP, BFD, eVPN, VXLAN used in DC design Architectural know how on HW/SW based tech such as SR IOV, DPDK and accelerators End to end in-depth and practical knowledge on following: 4G and 5G Packet Core Signaling and SBA Architecture IMS and VoLTE/ VoNR Architecture Charging and Policy Management call flows and integrations Roaming and operator interworking Security aspects including Defence-in-depth
It would be nice if you also had:
Understanding of CNF onboarding, dependencies on Cloud infra Security and auxiliary services (VPN, FW, DHCP, DNS etc) in Kubernets and RHOS clouds Build trusted professional relationship with Customer Network Head & Engineering team, Planning Run project meetings with technical depth and executes planned workshops Lead all technical discussions with Customer teams – soln. presentation, req. analysis, RCA, etc. Technical leader with E2E responsibility cutting across all domains, Lead R&D discussions Develop architecture & HLD for 4G/5G services, based primarily on K8s & RHOS platforms Perform technical risk evaluation and plans to mitigate risks of proposed design/solution Evaluate new technologies and sets a direction for customer solution evolution and roadmap Plan and Review migration strategy for solution refresh, for traffic migrations or for sub migrations
