About the role: ​​About the role: As a Customer and Vendor Master Data Specialist you will be keeping vendor and customer master data up to date by timely resolving maintenance requests, ensuring completeness of documentation, data quality and providing premier customer experience for our internal stakeholders. What are your responsibilities? + Configuring and maintaining master data for customer and supplier accounts in the system + Ensuring the quality and integrity of master data in accordance with internal procedures. Contacting suppliers to validate data. + Communicating with internal clients to clarify and resolve issues. + Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing them. + Preparing audit documentation. + Developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). + Collaborating with other departments to diagnose, develop, and implement solutions for technical issues. + Interpreting reports related to processes and key performance indicators (KPIs) + Supporting other team members regarding processes and assisting with the onboarding of new employees.
