Customer Analysis Manager, Sellers Economic

Amazon's Asia Global Selling Core Seller Experience team currently seeks a results oriented Customer Analysis Manager who can learn quickly and build trust with various stakeholders in a dynamically changing environment. In this role, s/he will be a key member of the Asia Global Selling PMO Team, providing critical support to Strategic Account Management team to analyze Sellers profitability gaps and provide practical solution to improve Sellers profitability.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated project/program management skills and data analysis skills. The position requires strong communication skills, problem analysis and solving skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Account Managers to manage and drive critical programs
- Leverage data and dashboards in order to manage opportunities for multiple Seller programs driving the Asia Global Selling business
- Interact with multiple stakeholder / business teams to translate ambiguous requirements to execution
- Structures workflow across the team to effectively prioritize operational support
- Work relentlessly to improve existing processes and using data and fact driven decision making to make recommendations.


Key job responsibilities
- Own Sellers profitability analysis and optimization roadmap
- Own solution design, pilot and continue improving closely with Account Managers
- Drive scale up with multi function team
- Engage global product team to continue improve Sellers experience
