What you will do in this role

As a Customer Advisor, you will:

Take incoming user requests (via telephone, email, chat...), log call details into case management systems, and provide response and resolution within SLA to customersAssist customers with post-sale issues such as missing or delayed packages, incorrect deliveries, or damaged items.Resolve financial concerns like loan processing issues, double charges, and payment failuresProvide clear solutions while maintaining our client’s high standard of customer experience.Communicate effectively with logistics, finance, and technical support teams to resolve cases efficiently.Turn problems into positive experiences by making customers feel heard and valued.Work with urgency to ensure fast and accurate issue resolution.

Your qualifications
