customer consultant for Buderus-Heating-Systems (f/m/div.).

Job DescriptionYou will provide telephone and written customer advice on Buderus products and special topicsVarious Buderus heating systems will be available to you at your workplace for analysing faults and malfunctions over the phone and solving problemsTogether with your coworkers you are going to work out different solution steps in order to provide optimal and practical adviceIf necessary, you will enter orders, procure the necessary spare parts via the catalogue search and place orders                                                              

 

QualificationsTraining: successfully completed vocational training as a plant mechanic, heating fitter, central heating and ventilation engineer, energy consultant, electrician (f/m/div.) or in a comparable field or corresponding many years of professional experiencePersonality: reliable, team playerExperience and expertise: very good PC skills desirableFlexibility: willingness to work in a flexible and regulated shift modelLanguages: native Italian and very good written and spoken English skills
