We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Activation Specialist to plan and deliver high quality events that engage and educate healthcare professionals ultimately driving business growth and customer satisfaction across the UK, Ireland and Nordics.

What you'll be doingEvent planning & execution;planning, coordinating and delivering events including conferences, trade shows, webinars and workshops aligned to the activity listed in strategic marketing plansCustomer Engagement & relationship building;Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing personalized event experiencesContent Development & Curation;using existing materials and creating new content including presentation, workshops and training sessions to educate and inform customers.Data Analysis and reporting;analyse customer feedback and event performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of activation strategies and identify areas for improvement.Collaboration,working cross functional with sales, therapy, medical, marketing bringing together a collection of content and ideas to engage customers with tailored events and activities aligned to customer challengesBudget management; Manage budgets ensuring cost effective planning and execution while maximising return on investment.Customer Relationship Management;Use CRM tools to track customer interactions and engagement levels ensuring personalized follow-up and support.

What you'll bringBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.Minimum of 2-3 years experience in events or marketing.Strong analytical skills and organisational skills.Project management skills, ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to develop ideas and create engaging content.Strong problem solving skills to ability to identify areas for improvement and solutions.
