Responsibilities:

Monitor the performance of customer acquisition activities and take timely actions to ensure target achievements.Analyze and evaluate key metrics and KPIs across various acquisition channels.Conduct A/B testing to derive actionable insights and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns.Perform benchmarking to identify and explore potential new acquisition channels.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, content, and data, to align acquisition efforts with overall marketing strategy.Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in customer acquisition, performance marketing, or digital marketing roles.Prior experience in a fast-paced environment such as tech companies, startups, or e-commerce platforms is preferred.Proven track record of managing acquisition campaigns and optimizing performance based on data.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
