Description Responsibilities: • Maintain proactive communication with customers, suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to meet customer needs effectively. • Handle challenging customer interactions with diplomacy and tact, ensuring positive resolutions. • Respond promptly to inquiries and provide updates on exception management to ensure customer satisfaction. • Monitor and analyze internal and customer data, including KPIs, to ensure accuracy and quality. • Implement pricing strategies by leveraging negotiation skills and understanding market trends and customer buying habits. • Adopt new tools and processes to enhance workflow efficiency and maintain consistency across the network. • Collaborate with internal resources to complete and adhere to account processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Utilize technology to track order statuses, address exceptions, and verify details such as pricing, weights, delivery times, and shipment quantities. • Partner with account management and operations teams to refine daily execution and deliver exceptional service. • Resolve issues promptly by offering alternative solutions and maintaining clear communication with customers. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent. • Proven experience in customer engagement and relationship management. • Ability to travel domestically up to 5% as required. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications. • Effective negotiation, collaboration, and influencing abilities. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred. • Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
