Position Details: Location: Onsite – Johnston, IA Schedule: Shifts scheduled between 6:55 AM – 6:05 PM to cover operating hours (7:00 AM – 6:00 PM) Duration: 1-year contract with the potential for extension Visa Sponsorship: Not available now or in the future What You’ll Do: As a Customer Account Specialist, you’ll support customers with delinquent accounts by identifying issues, educating them on solutions, and guiding them toward resolution—all while maintaining positive relationships.
