The Custom Standard Test HSE Specialist is responsible to spread HSE culture within testing area, collaborating in the research of any potential gap and make the reference people for executing HSE roadmap. Individuals with expertise in air, water, waste, hazardous materials transportation, product regulation (REACH, WEE, RoHs, etc.) and sustainable development (CSR) and supplier management. Note: Individuals located at a site providing environmental support to that site alone should be classified as “Operational, Fixed Facilities,” unless they support multiple sites or service operations. May include individuals supporting services, projects and construction. May include Technical Experts who are individuals that have expertise in transactional investigation work and property remediation for purposes of acquisition or disposition.
You will be responsible for:
Elaborating proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field.Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.Contributing to project as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 monthsLeading the defining of the Cell HSE roadmap for testing areaLeading the execution of the HSE roadmad for testing areaConstant presence in the shop to take care about daily operational aspectsBeing proactive leading HSE continuous improvements following Process Safety modelHaving true passion on HSE cultureTo be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety) and at least 5 years experience on Operational activitiesHave the ability to analyze complex issues and decompose these into a manageable set of tasksDemonstrate experience of leading projects with global teamsHave clear thinking attitude with entrepreneur's mindset.Able to fluently speak and write in EnglishBe a motivated self-starter, proactively taking initiative to lead and solve problems through collaborationHave excellent communication skills, written and oral. Demonstrate ability to interact positively with both internal and external parties.Work in a way that works for you
