Custody Reference Data Analyst

As an Analyst within the Custody Manila team, you will perform static setup related activities to facilitate seamless operations and ensure client satisfaction. You will collaborate with the team lead to execute processes, enhance workflows, and promptly escalate issues, thereby contributing to the strategic objectives of the department.


Job responsibilities:

Perform asset setup, recertification, and related activitiesPerform client account setup and related activitiesPerform callbacks of SSIs to Transfer Agents/ Fund AdministratorsEnsure all tasks are completed within required SLAs and escalate issues to the immediate managerAssist in daily monitoring of requests receivedWork closely with offshore partners to provide seamless delivery of required tasksMaintain Weekly and Monthly Metrics Reports to management and stakeholders and lead the governance meetings with stakeholdersUpdate SOPs and ensure compliance with controlsWork with manager to identify and execute process streamlining opportunitiesWork on various BAU Projects assigned from time to time & ensure timely completion of projects

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

At least 2 years of experience in Banking Operations or Financial Services Operations Knowledge of financial instruments and trade life lifecycleStrong attention to detailsAble to work in fast paced environmentFlexible and adaptable to changes in process and organizationStrong team playerHighly coachable and open to feedbackGood written and verbal communication skills and able to escalate timely and clearly

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldExperienced on process improvementExperienced on scripting intelligent automation tools
