As an Executive Director in Custody Operations team, you will report to the Head of Asia Pacific Custody Operations and lead a team responsible for functional coverage across global and direct custody and managed funds operations. You will ensure adherence to critical business and client service level agreements, regulatory requirements, and exchange protocols. Your role will involve developing custody operations infrastructure, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and overseeing resiliency and talent initiatives. Job responsibilities:
Lead Asia Pacific Asset Servicing Operations across Global and Direct Custody and Managed FundsEnsure adherence to business and client service level agreements and regulatory requirementsDevelop Custody Operations infrastructure both tactically and strategicallyBuild strong relationships with business, product, technology, and compliance stakeholdersParticipate in client reviews and presentationsOversee resiliency, people agenda, and talent initiativesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Minimum of 10 years of experience within the Financial Service industryProven leadership skills managing teams across multiple locations and time zonesStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust with business leadersPrior exposure to the Hong Kong regulatory environment, rules and exchange protocolsStrong control mindset and analytical skillsExperience with digital tools and data managementPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Prior experience in Asset Servicing and/or Managed Funds Operations will be an advantageProficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese will be beneficial to communicate with stakeholders and clients in the Greater China region
