What Matters MostCompetitive Pay of $12.90 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:00pm – 5:00pmLocation: Columbus, GATemporary-to-hire opportunity with career growth and stabilityWeekly Pay with direct deposit or pay cardWhen you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit and our referral bonus program Job DescriptionAs custodian with you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the interiors of the center including classrooms, cafeterias, libraries, restrooms, offices, halls, other public areas as well as cleaning and re-supplying building restrooms on a regularly scheduled basis.
Responsibilities:Perform floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, waxing, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning.Clean and maintain classrooms, restrooms, glass doors, water fountains, and other facility areas.Handle trash removal, dusting, and routine maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs and minor repairs.Conduct weekly inspections of playgrounds and building exteriors, report conditions to supervisor.Manage janitorial supply inventory and perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications and Requirements:Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.Good judgment and clear, legible writing for recordkeeping.Physically able to sit, stand, bend, lift, squat, and walk for extended periods.Minimum of six (6) months of relevant experience required.Capable of completing tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.Ability to pass a background check.Benefits and Perks:Payrate: $12.90Medical, Vision, Dental available 401K and Referral Bonus Program Training and Growth Opportunities Your New Organization: Play a critical role in our client’s success when you become a Custodian.
