Description Position at SBM Management

SBM Management is hiring a full-time Custodial Trainer! The Custodial Trainer is responsible for training employees on proper protocols and procedures for cleaning and maintenance of our customer’s facility. The ideal candidate will work successfully with fellow employees and have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct training for new employees and refresher training for seasoned employeesBe the role model for safety protocols, use of personal protective equipment and company cleaning and maintenance policiesPerform custodial and maintenance duties: vacuuming, mopping, window and surface care, trash disposal and stocking suppliesCommunicate professionally with co-workers, managers and customersFill in during staff shortageUnderstand and exemplify customer service and satisfactionUnderstand reporting systems, and the information flow environmentProvide performance feedback to trainee’s and their managersReport supply and equipment issues to managerReport customer feedback to manager

Qualifications

1-2 years of custodial experience and trainingHS Diploma or GED, or equivalent experienceSafety and task training certifications preferred1+ years in a cleanroom environment preferredBilingual (English / Spanish) preferred

Shift: Wed-Friday 7pm-3:30am and Sat & Sun 2pm-10:30pm

Compensation $16.00-$17.00 per hour
