Description Position at SBM Management

SBM Management is searching for a Custodial Supervisor! The Custodial Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all activities within the custodial program and demonstrating and implementing safe work practices and procedures. The ideal Custodial Supervisor will be highly organized, with experience managing large janitorial crews.
  

  

Responsibilities     

Coordinate and monitor work activities and schedules of team employees Assist in the hiring, on-boarding and training of new employees Compile written reportsPerform quality, service, and safety inspections; monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipmentAct as the conduit of information between management and front-line staff Track equipment and supply inventory Report employee personnel and customer issues to managerProvide corrective action recommendations on areas that need improvementMaintain detailed records

Qualifications     

Must be bilingual in Spanish/EnglishMust have experience in janitorial or facilities managementAbility to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detailCommunicate effectively, both verbally and in writing (emails and reports)2+ years of management experience

Compensation: $75,000 - $80,000 per year   

Shift: Various
