The customer relations expert will be responsible for\nmanaging all activities specific to the administrative office, Front Office,\nprioritizing the provision of exceptional customer service. It will be the\ninterface between the administrative office, Back Office, and customers. It\nwill support all ESS business group lines and will also work in cooperation\nwith other internal functions (eg Sales, Collection, Disputes, Project\nmanagement, Logistics, Finance, Tax, Treasury, etc.). This role is vital in the\nCentral Working Point and is essential to the success of delivering the highest\nstandards of customer service
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounts\n successfully, in a timely manner, and ensures the maintenance during the\n life cycle of all orders / contracts / projects in systemsPrompt\n and correct issuance of invoicesProvides\n support to the OTC teams and represents the additional interface with\n internal clients but also with external ones when necessaryWorks\n as part of the team, involved in processes, from one end to the other, and\n contributes to the team's resultsWorks\n closely with all relevant departments, including sales, procurement,\n supply and operations departments, to ensure process standardization,\n efficiency and effectiveness#LI-Hybrid
YOU MUST HAVE
At\n least 2 years of experience in the Customer Relations environment and\n proof of offering exceptional services to customersBachelor's\n degreeEnglish\n proficientExperience\n working in a team multidisciplinaryOperational\n experience and a good understanding of operational activity to inspire the\n One-Honeywell approachAdvanced\n knowledge of SFDC applicationAdvanced\n knowledge of ERP application (SAP)Good\n knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsWE VALUE
