The Opportunity We are expanding our network of experts to develop Learning Paths (LPs) and Courses in a wide array of technical domains, including but not limited to: + Cloud & DevOps + AI / Machine Learning & Data Science + Frontend & Backend Development + Cybersecurity & Networking + Mobile & Game Development + Emerging Technologies (Blockchain, AR/VR, IoT, etc.) Whether you've taught before or simply love sharing knowledge, you can help craft engaging, practice-oriented learning experiences for thousands of learners. Key Ways to Contribute + Author course materials (reading lessons, slide decks, hands-on guides) + Design assessments (quizzes, challenge labs, mock exams) + Record video lessons or demos + Advise on curriculum structure and learning objectives + Provide peer review to ensure technical accuracy and instructional quality Pick the activities that best match your strengths and availability. Responsibilities + Produce clear, well-structured content aligned with certification standards or industry best practices. + Break down complex topics into approachable learning steps with real-world examples. + Iterate on materials based on learner analytics and feedback. + Collaborate asynchronously with Manara team members, designers, and fellow SMEs to deliver polished LPs on schedule. Qualifications + Demonstrated expertise in at least one relevant domain (professional experience, certifications, or published work). + Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus. + Familiarity with instructional design principles, technical writing, or prior teaching experience (formal or informal). + A growth mindset and enthusiasm for mentoring diverse learners.
