Job Description
The Culture Experience Program Manager role serves as a consultant with no direct reports. This role leverages data, company culture, employee experience, and the business to advance organizational culture and the employee experience. This role collaborates with all areas of the business to lead and champion high-impact talent initiatives that drive business value. This role demonstrates knowledge of business priorities, to drive business strategies through a holistic employee experience and culture strategy.Who is Allstate:
