About Coeur d'Alene Resort Culinary Team:
Our culinary team crafts exceptional dishes for guests at multiple resort restaurants and venues. We are seeking hardworking and enthusiastic team members to support kitchen operations and deliver outstanding food quality.
The Role:
As a Culinary Team Member, you will assist in food preparation, cooking, plating, and maintaining cleanliness to help our chefs and kitchen staff keep service running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Prepare ingredients and assist with cooking according to recipes and standards
+ Plate dishes with care and attention to presentation
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas
+ Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
+ Assist with inventory and stock management as needed
+ Collaborate with team members to support efficient kitchen operations
What We're Looking For:
+ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
+ Basic culinary skills and knowledge preferred but not required
+ Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
+ Strong communication and teamwork skills
