Delaware North Sportservice is hiring full-time and part-time Culinary Supervisors to join our team at a new restaurant at Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The Turn is being rebranded including a new look, new menu and new name! It will launch in the beginning of April. New changes will be announced soon!

What will you do?Supervise food prep work while maintaining food quality, presentation and sanitation standardsVerify that all portion sizes, recipes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures are maintained by kitchen associatesEnsure all kitchen equipment is in full working orderAlways maintain cleanliness and organization of walk-ins and freezersEffectively supervise proper breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and storage of foodPerform opening, closing and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelinesTrains new and existing team members, under the direction of managementHandles disciplinary matters and ensures quality employee performanceEnsures quality, accuracy and timely delivery of food and beverage orders Verifies all paperwork is complete and turned in at conclusion of shiftEnsures all workstations and storeroom areas remain clean, sanitized, safe and sufficiently stockedAdheres to and enforces inventory and labor control measures; performs inventory counts as requestedPerforms other duties as assigned

More about youMust be at least 18 years oldHigh School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree in Food & Beverage or related field preferredMinimum of 2-3 years' work experience in back-of-house restaurant or food-service position, in a high-volume environment, requiredOne-year supervisory experience in restaurant or service environment preferredExcellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company’s GuestPath Universal Service StandardsAbility to complete and maintain required food safety certificationsKnowledgeable in the operation of a high-volume sit-down restaurant with high service standardsBasic math skills; ability to accurately account for inventoryStrong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with staff and to prepare written reportsStrong time management and organizational skills; ability to direct the work activities of several team members simultaneously and plan aheadHighly motivated, ability to take initiative, ability to work in fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented; ability to work effectively with others

Physical requirementsAbility to remain on feet for entire length of shift, constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motionsAbility to maneuver between tables and around cornersAbility to lift, balance and move large food trays, weighing up to 50 lbs.
