What will I be doing?

As a Culinary Coordinator, you are responsible for performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support the Kitchen department to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Culinary Coordinator will also be required to communicate well with all contacts, anticipate and resolve issues, and update the Executive Chef and the Team Members about a variety of information. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\n\n\tTo provide a full range of secretarial and administrative support activities, inclusive of highly confidential and sensitive matters to ensure smooth operation across kitchen outlets\n\tAbility to interact with others and act as a liaison between the Executive Chef and staff members to ensure that all parties receive the relevant information respectively\n

\n\n\n\tVocational Diploma in Hospitality or Business Administration related\n\tAbility to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings\n\n\n
