Are you a detail-oriented and organised professional with a passion for culinary excellence and operational efficiency? Do you have the skills to support and streamline culinary operations in a luxury hospitality setting? If so, we invite you to be an integral part of our esteemed resort, where culinary innovation meets impeccable service and every dish is a work of art.


As our Culinary Administrator, you will:

• Provide administrative support to the culinary department, including scheduling, inventory management, and procurement.
• Assist in menu planning, costing, and maintaining recipe databases to ensure consistency and quality in culinary offerings.
• Coordinate communication and collaboration between various culinary outlets and departments to streamline operations.
• Manage documentation and record-keeping related to food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance with regulations.
• Support the Executive Chef and culinary team in implementing culinary initiatives and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Assist in training and development programs for culinary staff to enhance skills and uphold resort standards.
 

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a culinary administrative or support role, preferably in a high-end hospitality environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Knowledge of culinary terminology, menu planning, and basic culinary techniques.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with culinary team members and other departments.
• A passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to upholding high standards of service and quality.
