What will you do?Complete daily tasks, including answering phones and emails, screening callers, and managing documentsProvide basic administrative support, including coordinating activities and meetings, preparing expense reports, purchasing product, processing invoices, and contacting team membersPerform routine clerical duties, such as reviewing mail, making copies, and mailing lettersOversee vendor appointments, maintenance, and environmental upkeep for officesAssist in health department preparation and scheduling pieces

More about youMust be at least 18 years old.Three years of experience in food service including office administrative experience required.Previous supervisory experience including scheduling staff and purchasing product required.Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.Computer knowledge including full working knowledge of MS Office applications, Internet, email, and superior keyboard skills.Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentagesIntermediate computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheets, database, and e-mail required.Superior organization, exceptional communication and leadership skills required.Must be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to guests and other associates of the company.Strong proofreading abilities.Demonstrate skill in dealing with guest complaints, using active listening skills to defuse difficult and sometimes emotionally charged situations to maintain the guest’s goodwill.
