GFL Environmental is looking for a Cube Van Driver to join our team in Cranbrook, British Columbia!

The Cube Van Driver performs a range of duties including but not limited to providing customers with high-quality service, daily truck inspections, completing daily routes, and other duties as assigned by their Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete assigned routes safely, efficiently, and professionallyDrive to customer locations to deliver, empty, and return bins or equipment as requiredConduct thorough daily pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicleCommunicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams regarding route progress or issuesEnsure accurate completion of all required paperwork and driver logsFollow company and industry protocols for loading, unloading, and dumping at waste or recycling facilitiesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicleRepresent GFL positively in all customer interactionsPerform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

Requirements:

1–2 years of commercial driving experience, preferably operating a cube van or similar vehicleValid Class 5 driver’s licenseClean driver’s abstractAbility to meet safety-sensitive requirements under company and regulatory standardsStrong communication and customer service skillsFamiliarity with Cranbrook and surrounding areas is an assetAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyPhysically fit and capable of lifting and maneuvering materials as needed
