Responsibilities The Opportunity In Global Telecom Expense Management, we manage approximately $147 MM USD handling 14,000 invoices per year with a basis of 980 master accounts, 360 vendors, 31,000 wireline services across 14 countries. This position has a strategic function because it deals with more than 30 stakeholders within the following areas: Finance, Global Procurement, Vendor Management, Delivery, Asset Management among others. This role is key to foresee coming issues from the operation and processes for voice, data and wireless. Understand the operation from a three-way match view, starting from the ordering, following into the inventory management and finish in the billing. The GTEM operation focuses on better manage and control the telecom expenses through experience, technology and processes. The objective is to be able to know what services we are paying for as well as the inventories with a solid data framework. Your Impact As CTO Sr Supervisor your responsibilities would consist of: Oversee and ensure that all invoices are processed on a timely manner to ensure all vendors get their payments in their accounts and for what is owed to them. Comply with SOX controls related to invoice payment date, vendor, master account, expense category, monthly recurring charges and in accordance with the services requested by the business. Develop and audit the global standard processes in GTEM to ensure they meet with I&O Product Mgmt. & Services governance. Prepare and submit forecast on a periodic basis to finance. Coordinate the Forecast Review meetings with Finance. Ensure the variations between Actuals and Forecast do not exceed 5%. Manage relationships with business stakeholders for GTEM requirements. Work cross functionally with stakeholders from Finance, Operations, Global Procurement, Delivery, Sector IT leads, to ensure the global standard processes are adopted and followed. Provide overall administration of the three-way match from ordering, inventory management and billing. Coach, train and support the resources in the organization on the processes and the use of Calero. Review and clean data regarding master accounts, unlinked inventory with invoice items. Work with Global Procurement to ensure these cover the services we process invoices for and are loaded in Calero. Work with vendors to ensure their information of master accounts, bank accounts, contacts, payment methods are correct in Calero and in SAP S/4HANA. Communicate risks identified that will impact the current operation, other areas or other processes involved. Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For? Experience required: Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred. Financial Acumen English proficiency Know SAP Finance & AP Module is a plus Know Inventory Management is a plus Know Ordering & Provisioning is a plus 2+ years billing experience 2+ years of experience working with financial business and management information Knowledge and experience in financial systems and processes is a plus Ability to work independently and make calculated decision making with minimal or no input Ability to drive enhancements of IT systems (GTEM systems) working with the vendors Strong ability to quickly learn and be flexible to new technology trends Ability to mentor other junior members of GTEM team Strong analytical & critical thinking skills with a commitment to improving processes, If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
