Your expertise will help us deliver flawless and world-class solutions to our clients and enable Sales. **A day in the Life:** + Offer clients various distribution choices and strategies to bolster their clinical programs. + Support the Sales team with explaining strategy to clients across the Thermo Fisher CTD organization. + Engage with GTC and tax departments to furnish clients with advice on import requirements and tariffs to secure the most effective approach for the client's clinical study. + Provide a connection between the distribution capabilities across the network and the clients' storage and distribution requirements for their clinical study drug and materials. **Keys to Success:** + Strong collaboration and communication skills. + Capability to articulate to customers the intricacy of distribution choices and offer justification for the Thermo Fisher endorsed resolution. + Proven track record in managing complex distribution networks. **Education** + 5+ years experience in investigational drug distribution. + Expertise in clinical drug development and good distribution practices. + Knowledge of tariffs and import requirements. + Experience in a customer service role, preferably involving clinical drug distribution and oversight of a global network. + Ability to align a client clinical program distribution needs to the best global solution for their study considering cost, strategy, and efficiency. **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities** + Outstanding organizational skills. + Capability to thrive in a high-speed work setting. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. **Physical Requirements / Work Environment** This position might involve periodic travel and the flexibility to work varying hours to accommodate client requirements. **Benefits** We offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
