We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities. **The Role** **Responsabilidades Principales** :​ + Liderar la relación con clientes en el ámbito de gestión de identidades, actuando como referente consultivo. + Diseñar e impulsar estrategias y hojas de ruta de identidad adaptadas a los objetivos del cliente, regulaciones aplicables y contexto tecnológico. + Guiar la ejecución de evaluaciones de madurez, análisis y definición de planes de evolución de capacidades IAM, IGA y PAM. + Asesorar a los clientes en la adopción de modelos Zero Trust, fortaleciendo controles de acceso, gobierno y protección de la identidad. + Definir y consolidar la estrategia técnica y de posicionamiento de la oferta de Identidades dentro de la organización. + Colaborar en el desarrollo de soluciones, offering, propuestas y enfoques que posicionen a la unidad de identidad como referente en el mercado. + Participar en la elaboración de activos de arquitectura, buenas prácticas y aceleradores reutilizables para proyectos de identidad. + Mantenerse actualizado/a sobre tendencias del mercado, normativas y soluciones líderes en IAM, IGA y PAM. **Who You Are** **Requisitos Imprescindibles:** ​ + Más de 10 años de experiencia en ciberseguridad, con un foco claro en Gestión de Identidades y Accesos (IAM). + Experiencia demostrada en roles consultivos, trabajando directamente con clientes y stakeholders técnicos o de negocio. + Conocimientos profundos de marcos y conceptos IAM: ciclo de vida de identidad, RBAC/ABAC, MFA, SSO, IGA y PAM. + Habilidad para liderar conversaciones con ejecutivos/as, traduciendo necesidades de negocio en iniciativas concretas. + Fuertes competencias en comunicación, documentación y gestión de stakeholders. + Nivel alto de inglés, oral y escrito. **Requisitos Deseables:** + Experiencia en identidad federada, Customer IAM (CIAM) y estrategias de identidad en entornos híbridos o multicloud. + Conocimiento funcional o estratégico de plataformas líderes: Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, entre otras. + Certificaciones relevantes: CISM, SC-300, TOGAF, u otras afines. **Being You** Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
