Job Description Shift: Rotating 1st & 2nd shifts, 40 hours/wk, M-F + every other weekend  1st Shift: 6:30am 3pm  2nd Shift: 2:30pm-11pm Insight Global is seeking a CT Technologist to join our client, a hospital system in Butler, PA. The CT Technologist will work in the Emergency Department and primarily with GE CT Scanners. They will perform computed tomography examinations to produce images of various anatomical parts and systems for diagnostic purposes as directed by the radiologist. Duties include:  Patient Preparation & Identification - Collects patient and procedure data, verifies identity, physicians order, pregnancy status, and consent.  Procedure Explanation & Communication - Provides understandable information and instructions about the procedure, addressing patient questions.  Screening & Assessment - Ensures proper screening protocols are completed and evaluates patient readiness, contraindications, and lab values.  Contrast Administration - Determines appropriate contrast type and dose, obtains consent, administers contrast, and monitors for reactions.  Imaging Execution - Preps site using sterile technique, starts IV, obtains and reformats optimal images, and sends them to PACS.  Documentation & Records Management - Documents patient history, procedure details, exceptions, and medication reconciliation in RIS and PACS.  Other duties as assigned We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
