About the RoleWe’re looking for a skilled and compassionateCT Technologistto join our imaging team and play a vital role in delivering high-quality diagnostic care. In this role, you’ll operate advanced CT equipment to perform scans that help detect and diagnose critical conditions—especially cancer. You’ll be the calming presence for patients, the technical expert behind the screen, and a key player in a collaborative care team.
What You’ll DoPerform CT Scans: Operate specialized imaging equipment to capture high-resolution diagnostic images.Prepare and Support Patients: Explain procedures clearly, ensure comfort, and administer contrast media or medications as needed.Ensure Accuracy: Verify patient information, review medical history, and follow all protocols for safe and effective imaging.Perform VNA Punctures: Administer IVs when required and maintain up-to-date procedural skills.Manage Imaging Workflow: Handle image acquisition, archiving, transmission, and printing with precision.Monitor Equipment: Keep CT systems running smoothly, report issues promptly, and ensure readiness for patient care.Support Scheduling: Assist with patient scheduling and workflow coordination as needed.Maintain Supplies: Monitor and manage inventory to keep the department running efficiently.Uphold Standards: Follow all safety, privacy, and compliance regulations while embodying our core values.What You BringGraduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology programARRT (CT) Certification – requiredCurrent CPR certification (or obtained within 60 days of hire)At least 1 year of CT experience preferredStrong understanding of contrast media and radiation safetyExcellent communication and patient care skillsWork EnvironmentEquipment: HDR and 4D simulation systemsVolume: 25–30 patients per daySetting: Mix of patient-facing and technical environments with frequent interaction with physicians and office staffSafety: Exposure to radiation, airborne particles, and chemicals—protective gear and monitoring providedWhy This Role Stands OutPredictable Schedule: No nights, weekends, or holidaysMeaningful Work: Help detect and monitor cancer and other critical conditionsTeam Culture: Work alongside a supportive, expert care teamCutting-Edge Tech: Use advanced imaging systems in a modern clinical settingPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50378.00 - $70970.00/yr.
