CST Assistant Site Supervisor

**This is a Service Contract (SCA) position**
Amentum is looking for a **CST Assistant Site Supervisor** to provide vital mission support for an IC customer in Northen Virginia.
The **CST Assistant Site Supervisor** will be responsible for:
+ Observing, inspecting and reporting construction site work.
+ Maintaining, evaluating and developing physical, personnel and technical security.
+ Producing written reports or documents utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ Conducting physical equipment searches and personnel searches while on site.
+ Operating technical security devices, systems, and other monitoring devices as an individual or with a team.
+ Reporting suspicious behavior, security infractions, and correlations between site blueprints and ICD-705 standards.
+ The CST team assigned to designated project
+ Filling in as Site Lead when necessary
+ Assigning CSTs to specific, most critical construction activities
+ Reviewing team members’ notes to ensure proper, detailed notes are taking place
+ Ensuring on site timesheet is being signed daily and turned into PMO at end of week
+ Providing breaks to CSTs when necessary
+ Assisting in preparing weekly construction site report for USG and PMO team
+ Attending weekly construction progress meetings
+ Conducting disciplinary actions when needed
+ Holding team accountable for punctuality and be able to notify PMO if CSTs are not upholding standard
+ Displaying great leadership attributes and the ability to mentor new CSTs assigned to project
+ Submitting expense reports in Costpoint
**Required Qualifications**
+ **Must have an active Top-Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Top-Secret Clearance.**
+ Must be willing to take a polygraph, if requested.
+ Must have at least 6 months of security experience and/or 2 years of construction/trades experience.
+ Minimum 12-months CST experience.
+ Ability to work weekends, holidays, overtime as needed and travel to different site locations as directed by CST management.
+ Able to stand for 8-12 hours per day.
+ Able to walk on uneven surfaces and safely navigate an active construction site with debris and other trip hazards on the floor.
+ Must be able to climb 5 flights of stairs multiple times within an 8-12 hour work shift.
+ Must be able to lift 25 pounds / 10 Kilograms.
+ Must be able to make logical, mentally competent, and safe decisions when working on a construction site.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Relevant military experience would be transferrable (MOS to Include: MSG, Infantry, Technical Surveillance, Construction, and Security Protection Details).
+ Prior experience with Microsoft Office programs.
+ Prior experience with blueprint reading and construction projects (personal, residential and/or commercial).
+ Background in providing security practices such as executive protection, physical security, personnel security, site security.
+ Construction knowledge - to include blueprint reading, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, concrete and finishing work
+ Understanding of the ICD-705 document of SCIF construction.
+ Familiarity with Auto CAD or like products.
+ Knowledge of construction safety, construction project cycles, and common nomenclature of material/equipment.
