CSSC Front Line Representative
CSSC Front Line Representative Job Description **Front Line Representative in Customer Sales Support Center, KR, Onsite** **What is the job about?** To act as first point of customer contact via phone, fax and email. Ensure quality customer service level with quick response time and understanding customer needs. To delivery and enter the incoming orders to ensure fast, accurate order management in line with world class customer service. **Your main responsibilities** + Handle incoming calls within the defined Service Level Agreement (Type of calls depends on phone routing) + Identify Account – if not recognized via CRM Telephony Integration. Update contact person details into CRM customer master data + Through a line of questions quickly identify and understand the customer needs, gather required information and formalize the request within the SAP CRM One Office system + Make an initial assessment on call interaction requirements and if assessed to take longer than 15 minutes then creates a RFQ (Request for Quotation) for Back Office. + Ensure immediate action by solving the request, Create a RFQ for later follow up or assign more complex RFQ to One Office Coordinator + Document on interaction records in CRM notes on the phone call incoming. + Manage discounts, offers, special conditions including credit limits and pricing conditions + Handle incoming emails and faxes that are sales requests (that are not passed to Back Office) + Handle simple product selection questions or requests + Response to customer enquiries related to order to cash processes. For example, lead time, availability and prices etc + Manage and enter the incoming orders in coordination with Front / Back Offices and external sales + Convert official CRM quotations to orders, making sure all nonstandard terms and conditions are aligned with the approved quotations + Responsible for ensuring clean order with all critical information available to facilitate smoother subsequent process steps in the order to cash processes. + Handling of all change request on sales orders by customers, liaising with supply chain where necessary + Document all change request from customers into sales order notes. + Ensure order acknowledgement / confirmation sent to the customers + Liaise with customers on delivery schedule. Send out pre-alert shipping notification. + Monitor closely on the open orders to ensure delivery to customers on time, liaising with supply chain where necessary + Ensure all accurate billing are carried out and sent to customers. + Management of customer master data + Handling of complaints from customers + Any other reasonable activities and requirements, commensurate with the position **Your background** : We imagine that you have: + 1 to 2 years of similar work experience + Knowledge in SAP |BW | CRM or other ERP is beneficial + Fresh graduates are welcome to apply + Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent working experience **What’s in it for you?** **Whether it’s developing leadership skills or advancing your expertise even further, we’ll support you with continuous learning and development opportunities, to enable discuss and steer your long-term Grundfos career path.
