CSS Program Finance Manager

General Summary

The CSS Finance Manager is responsible for preparing many financial reports and analyzing account information, as well as reconciling financial discrepancies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure project setup within JAMIS meets the need of both the company and the contract's reporting needs Provide financial decision support to stakeholders focused on minimizing risk and maximizing return of limited resources. Assist in development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) such as Monthly financial reviews PSRs, transactional Details, proactively work with Program Management in supporting the programs’ financial performance and requirements Monthly/Quarterly rolling forecasts EAC Prep and ongoing maintenance (working with Ops) Financial Analysis such as tracking, monitoring, and analyzing cost performance on programs. Financial monthly close experience (program focused) to include labor accruals, sub accruals, other vendor accruals, and revenue recognition. Weekly/Monthly Cost Review to provide weekly reporting to Operations. Knowledge of Indirect Pool Structures, including, but not limited to PMO rates, fringe rates, overhead rates, and G&A rates.

Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred but not required. 5+ years of program finance/related experience, 7+ years can substitute degree. Experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting forecasting. MS Excel experience required. Experience with GovCon ERP’s and project structures Ability to understand Government contracts, with experience in FFP, Cost Reimbursable, T&M type contracts Construction, O&M and J&J ENVS knowledge in a plus. Strong written and verbal communication

Work Environment:

Work environment is a typical office setting. Physical demands include prolonged sitting, intermittent standing and walking, and occasional bending reaching and lifting. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
