And so much more.​   ​ Come break through with us.  Corning’s Display Technologies segment manufactures glass substrates for active matrix liquid crystal displays (“LCDs”) that are used primarily in LCD televisions, notebook computers and flat panel desktop monitors. **Role Purpose** CSS Coordinator is Involved in various roles within the Order to Cash (OTC) group to support collections and order release. Utilize systems and tools to actively monitor accounts and take necessary action as the situation warrants. Record customer interactions, both internal and external, within Salesforce. **Key Responsibilities** + Responsible for communicating and resolving issues with our customers at various levels of the organization. + Work with our business partners and customers, including Customer Service/Commercial groups to support expectations. + Collection management and resolution of outstanding invoices + Achieve & maintain compliance with established policies & procedures. Follow defined procedures and processes with regards to work responsibilities. + Ensures that work targets and schedules are met. **Experiences/Education - Required** + Problem solving, analytical skills, exceptional follow through + Effectively manages self + Ability to interface at all levels within the organization and instill confidence and trust + Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and/or Project Process improvement experience + Ability to prioritize work to meet deliverables/timelines in an effective manner + SOX compliance **Experiences/Education - Desired** + Bachelor’s degree preferred + Excellent written and oral presentation skills to proactively review Customer accounts + Ability to act under pressure in a fast-paced, diverse environment + Process oriented and organized + SAP/PS/S4Hanna Experience + Salesforce Experience + Strong teamwork skills and work ethic; ability to function effectively as a contributing team member + Ability to make effective presentations to small groups + Cross-cultural sensitivity + Open minded + Highly collaborative + Strong written and oral communication both English and Spanish **Corning Puts YOU First!** We are committed to supporting your health, financial, career development, and life goals as you grow professionally and personally to achieve your highest potential.
