CSR VIE Ability Job Details Remote Type Fully Remote Position Type Full Time Education Level High School Salary Range $17.00 - $18.50 Hourly Travel Percentage None Job Shift Day Job Category Retail Description VIE Ability CSR CABVI (Cincinnati Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired) is currently seeking a full-timeVIE Ability CSR to provide support for one of our social enterprises,VIE Ability, which fulfills, prepares, and delivers office supplies and other orders for Vie-Ability creating employment opportunities for people who have vision loss. This position reports to the VIE Ability Customer Experience Manager. The principal responsibilities for this position include: Job Summary: Duties/Responsibilities: · Responds to inbound/outbound calls with the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. · Fulfills customer order requests, research and resolves customer problems. · Escalates issues up resolution chain when appropriate. · Communicates responsibilities between counterparts. · Consistently and accurately maintains records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. · Maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information. · Promotes a positive team environment. · Contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department by performing other tasks, duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Education and Experience: · Associate degree in a related field and/or minimum of 3 years of experience in a Customer Service or Contact Center/Call Center environment preferred. Required Skills/Abilities: · Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and Outlook). · Excellent interpersonal skills that include active listening and prompt response. · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. · Ability to work independently. · Ability to spend extended periods of time at a workstation while using a headset, telephone, and computer. · Proficiency with screen-magnification software, if needed.
