The Alliance comprises of Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP), Metro Trains Melbourne, KBR, and John Holland. You’ll be working on community shaping projects such as the Melton Level Crossing, Melton Line Upgrade, Pakenham Level Crossing and, Webster Level Crossing with a strong pipeline of future projects. The Opportunity The CSR Team is a National Team with opportunities to work on interstate projects throughout the country. Initially we are looking for enthusiastic and delivery focused individuals to help deliver NWPA projects and keep Victoria moving. During this exciting growth period we have an opportunity for a CSR Engineer to join our team. As the ideal candidate you will have experience delivering civil infrastructure projects within the transport sector. The role has a wide variety of responsibilities including working with the broader project teams to develop and delivery on design solutions under the supervision of the project Design Manager. At this level, you will liaise directly with the Design Manager and Client to provide prepare proposals, status updates and information. What you will need to succeed The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Engineering (or equivalent) with CSR experience in infrastructure projects working and ideally within a multi-disciplinary environment along with the following + Have strong knowledge in CSR design and working knowledge of MTM, ARTC and VicTrack standards + Experience and knowledge in design software such as 12d, OpenRoads SUDA and MicroStation to develop CSR designs + Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team with a strong emphasis on interdisciplinary coordination + Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, experience working directly with clients would be ideal What do KBR offer?
