Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product Design, R&D, and Systems Engineering teams to influence early architectural and concept-level decisions from a quality and feasibility perspective.Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring product requirements and expectations are clearly integrated into development plans via DfQ principles.Oversee or support the execution of FMEA, Control Plans, and capability studies by coordinating relevant experts and stakeholders.Facilitate structured feedback loops with customers and internal teams to validate progress and adjust development plans as needed.Ensure alignment and accountability across design, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to meet project timelines and quality milestones.Track and escalate quality gaps, misalignments, or emerging risks, and work cross-functionally to drive timely resolution.Champion the continuous improvement of DfQ processes, workflows, and tools to enhance future project execution and product success.

Job Requirements:

At least 5 years of relevant experience in program or project management.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Strong communication and influencing skills, with fluency in both spoken and written English.Proven experience in utilizing program and project management tools to plan, track, and deliver results across multiple initiatives.Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Demonstrated business acumen with a track record of successfully managing all aspects of complex programs — including stakeholder communication, cross-functional coordination, and resource alignment.Confident in presenting program plans, proposals, and outcomes to senior leadership, and skilled in negotiating across organizational levels.
