CSM Technical Program Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Technical Program Manager to lead and execute strategic initiatives that enhance the performance, scalability, and impact of our Customer Success Management (CSM) organization. This role will manage cross-functional programs that improve customer engagement, streamline internal processes, and support the delivery of world-class service. Location: Dundee (hybrid) Salary range: £75000- £85000 + Bonus Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership & Execution Drive the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact programs that support CSM goals and customer outcomes. Define program scope, milestones, KPIs, and success criteria in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Customer Success teams to align on priorities and ensure seamless program delivery. Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating requirements and managing expectations. Process & Systems Optimization Identify and implement process improvements and opportunities to increase operational efficiency within the CSM organization. Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with NCR Atleos’ strategic objectives. Customer-Centric Innovation Champion the voice of the customer in program planning and execution. Support initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of experience in technical program management Strong understanding of customer success operations. Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs with measurable business impact. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Asana) Preferred Skills: Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with banking software and hardware technologies.
