Plans and schedules maintenance work within Primavera P6. Creates work instructions, sequence of tasks and duration of tasks for job plans. Utilizes management systems and tools to plan, schedule, communicate and track maintenance activity ensuring alignment with production/operations coordinators. Oversees contractor schedules for equipment delivery and execution.
Supports larger customers/clients and may lead functional projects under infrequent supervision. Developing a detailed knowledge of the work function.

**Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:**
+ Accountable to develop construction schedules and provide progress of development.
+ Works with contractors and Construction Company Representatives to develop accurate and predictable schedules in Primavera P6.
+ Understands sequencing of tasks associated with construction execution and demonstrates good planning and organizing skills.
+ Must be able to perform field walks in all areas of the Refinery to complete sequence and priority of work.
+ Understands and supports refinery safety and environmental policies.
+ Demonstrates and understands of the work process, deliverables, and expectations related to the Construction work processes.
+ Ensure plans are detailed appropriately in Primavera and priorities are communicated to the contractor schedulers.
+ Incorporate and analyze approved scope change and impact to the critical activities. Documents and shares lessons learned.
+ Adopt digital tools as rolled out for use and provide feedback to product owners.
+ The selected candidate must be able to develop schedules in primavera, compare with historical data and challenge vendor/contractor schedules when needed.
+ Accountable for scheduling construction projects using Primavera P6 software following CVX scheduling standards.
+ Work with Project Control Leads and Planner on duration and critical path estimate.
+ Review schedule progress and validate on a regular basis with the construction team.
+ Develop integrated schedules including pre-TA and project work.
+ Participate and lead schedule assurance and integrated planning reviews with Planning & Scheduling advisor as needed.
+ During construction execution, communicate critical path and any other areas of concern.
**Required** **Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent
+ Possess a valid driver's license with a safety record.
+ Experience working in an Industrial Maintenance environment is required, 5+ years preferred.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other similar business software systems.
+ Proficient in P6 Primavera

+ The anticipated salary range for this position is $101,700 – $175,200. The selected candidate’s compensation will be determined based on their skills, experience, and qualifications.
